Cloud and DevOps for systems that have to stay up.
Infrastructure and platform engineering designed to keep production systems reliable, secure, and scalable. We design, deploy, and operate on AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle Cloud, and we stay on after launch for monitoring, alerting, and on-call.
Infrastructure that ships, scales, and gets supported
Cloud and DevOps services across the major platforms, from first deployment to the on-call rotation.
AWS
Production architectures on ECS, Lambda, RDS, and S3, designed for a bill you can actually defend. We have run HIPAA-ready healthcare workloads on AWS with Docker-based deployments.
Azure
App Service, AKS, and Cosmos DB for organizations with Microsoft-centric environments. We have shipped a residential management platform on Azure, with role-based security across every stakeholder.
GCP and Oracle Cloud
Google Cloud where it fits your stack, and Oracle Cloud when the platform demands enterprise data infrastructure. We have run OCI Streaming and an Oracle data warehouse for a live system streaming over 23,000 vehicles concurrently.
Containers and infrastructure as code
Docker images, Kubernetes where orchestration is needed, and Terraform for infrastructure that can be reviewed, versioned, and rebuilt the same way every time.
CI/CD
Build, test, and deployment pipelines that make releases routine. Every change goes out the same way, with automated checks and a rollback path.
Observability and ongoing support
Monitoring, alerting, logging, and on-call, set up before launch, not after the first incident. We stay on for the unglamorous follow-through: ongoing maintenance and the 2am pager.
Designed for a bill you can defend, and a pager someone answers
Cloud work is judged after launch. An architecture that looked fine in the diagram can become a cost problem, a security finding, or a 2am outage. We design for operations from the start, then stay to run what we built.
- Cost designed in. Services chosen for the workload you actually have, with a bill you can explain line by line.
- Everything as code. Infrastructure, configuration, and pipelines are versioned and reviewable.
- Rollback paths are the floor. Every deployment has a way back, alongside audit logs and observability.
- Security and access controls. SSO, role-based access, and environment separation configured as part of the platform.
- We stay after launch. Monitoring, alerting, and on-call support continue once the system is in production.
The same pod builds what runs on this infrastructure: full-stack software, real-time data pipelines, and AI systems.
Platforms and tooling
We work in the cloud you already run, or help you choose one when you have not decided.

How you can engage
The same engineers, three ways to work with them. Pick the model that matches how defined the problem is and how much ownership you want to hand over.
Forward Deployed Engineering
An FDE works with your engineering leadership to shape the platform, migration, or deployment plan, then leads a pod that builds and operates it.
How Forward Deployed Engineering works →Dedicated Engineering Pod
A senior-led pod owns a defined platform, migration, or infrastructure project, from architecture through deployment and ongoing support.
Build a dedicated engineering pod →Embedded Engineers
Senior cloud and DevOps engineers join your team, work in your accounts and pipelines, and take direction from your leads.

Common questions
Which cloud platforms do you work on?
AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle Cloud. We have shipped production systems on AWS with ECS, Lambda, RDS, and S3, on Azure for Microsoft-centric environments, and on Oracle Cloud with OCI Streaming and an Oracle data warehouse.
Do you stay after launch?
Yes. Monitoring, alerting, on-call support, and ongoing maintenance are part of the work. We do not disappear when the launch banner comes down.
Do you use infrastructure as code?
Yes. We define infrastructure with Terraform and containerize with Docker, with Kubernetes where the workload needs orchestration. Environments are reproducible and changes go through CI/CD with a rollback path.
Can you work inside our existing cloud accounts and tooling?
Yes. Our senior cloud and DevOps engineers can join your team as embedded engineers, working in your accounts, pipelines, and processes. Through an FDE or dedicated pod, we take ownership of a defined platform.

A short conversation is enough to understand the problem, the systems involved, and the team required to move it forward.
